Charming place with welcoming staff especially the receptionists. Lovely, amazing location to surrounding villages. So close to centre of town, and Andorra center.

The hotel was delightful and fairly clean. Fabulous views of the mountains. the location was great and lovely in the mountains. Not far from the center of spectacular scenery as well as local restaurants. the food was great with lots of alternatives.

Traditional hotel with very amiable and super friendly staff and FABULOUS views of the mountains. A lot of great food at breakfast time. Marvellous location in Ordino near to shops, the main shopping centres and Vallnord for a day. Also, to surrounding villages.
Beds were not very comfortable.

Absolutely charming hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was magnificent to surrounding villages. The rooms were warm and good-sized, had a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and a bidet. The property is charming. the hotel offers a marvellous and pleasant location only a short distance to Ordino downtown. - It has good and welcoming staff, especially the receptionists. - We truly enjoyed it so would like to stay there on the next trip.

This hotel in the heart of a charming village offers great value for money. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms, with their lovely views of the mountains, were well-equipped and had balconies. The location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and hiking routes, is perfect for nature lovers.

L'emplacement est idéal, étant à proximité de la plage et des magasins. De plus, il est proche de bons restaurants et de l'arrêt de bus, ce qui facilite nos déplacements. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, avec une belle vue depuis le 4ème étage. Les repas étaient variés et délicieux, et le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous avons également apprécié les installations de l'hôtel, telles que la piscine et le spa gratuit.
Nous aurions aimé avoir une plage privée à disposition.
